Potato Fry
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1/2 Kg
Oil - for frying
Salt - as required
Red chilli powder - 3/4 to 1 tsp
Method:
Skin and clean the potatoes and dice them into 1-inch pieces. Keep it immersed in water. Wash 2 to 3 times in water till water is clear. Dry moisture by spreading the pieces over a cloth. Heat oil in a pan, add potato pieces till it changes into golden yellow colour. Drain off excess oil if any, and then sprinkle salt, chilli powder. Serve hot as side dish with any rice item.
